Four decades of ministry experience

Paul Benger is a seasoned church leader with over forty years of ministry experience. Together with his wife Jeannie, he planted IKON Church almost 40 years ago, faithfully serving their community while raising three children — Nathan, Joshua and Sam.

As the leader of the Ground Level Network, an international network of churches, Paul spends much of his time helping to guide and support church leaders across the globe. His passion for discovering and developing spiritual gifts stems from decades of hands-on ministry and a deep commitment to seeing individuals flourish in their God-given calling.

When he’s not ministering, Paul enjoys spending time on the golf course. He and Jeannie continue to live out their calling to empower others in their spiritual journey.
